The troubled singer donned a brown wig as she took a break from the Promises clinic in Malibu, and was snapped also sporting a collection of biro daubings on her hand.
The star had the word ‘push’ scrawled on her, along with a ‘ring’ on her index finger.
Spears re-entered the clinic last week after a string of bizarre behaviour, resulting in her crazed attack on a photographer with an umbrella.
