Sandra Bullock wants a cameo role on cosmetic surgery TV drama Nip/Tuck, so she can get free breast implants. The actress became hooked on the show while co-starring with "Nip/Tuck" actor Julian McMahon in movie Premonition.




She’s begging McMahon to help her land a guest spot. Bullock, 42, says, "I love 'Nip/Tick.' I've told Julian I'd like to be a guest on the last ever one and have a complete overhaul starting with these (my breasts). It'd be fun."
