Been there, done that and is not so funny. When you don’t know what they searching for and when you know you are "clean", and never even thought you are going to be the searched one it's a little scary.

So, make sure you don’t wear any metal when you go on a plane. They make you strip, and they are capable to take all your clothes off to check if that is your hip bone or you hide something else there.
