Michelle Marie Pfeiffer finally gets her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday.
The 49-year-old actress, who found fame with notable roles in The Fabulous Baker Boys and Scarface, thanked her mother and father for supporting her decision to become an actress.

"She taught me that I could do anything and that I should have a career before I get married," she said. "My father who taught me that you can make something of yourself if you work hard."

Michelle Pfeiffer is currently playing the malicious Velma Von Tussle in the musical comedy Hairspray with John Travolta and the wicked witch Laima in the fairy tale Stardust, alongside Robert De Niro, which is going to be release on the 10th of August.
